Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms governing refunds for services provided by M&N Consulting, LLC dba LeadKast & TownVibe360 ("we," "us," or "our") through our website at townvibe360.com.

Free Listings

TownVibe360 listings are provided free of charge. Because no payment is collected for free listings, no refunds apply. If you no longer wish to have your free listing displayed, contact us at hello@townvibe360.com and we will remove it within seven (7) business days.

Paid Services

For paid services, including direct mail marketing campaigns and any other promotional services we offer ("Paid Services"), refund eligibility depends on the stage of fulfillment:

Before Production Begins

If you cancel a Paid Service before we begin production (defined as printing, designing, or scheduling distribution), you are entitled to a full refund minus a five percent (5%) processing fee.

After Production Begins

Once production has begun, refunds are not available. This is because our printing and direct mail vendors require non-refundable payments and bookings, and we cannot recover those costs once committed.

Force Majeure

If we are unable to deliver a Paid Service due to events beyond our reasonable control—including natural disasters, postal service disruptions, vendor failures, or government restrictions—we will, at our option, either reschedule your campaign or refund the amount paid less any non-recoverable costs.

Quality Issues

If you believe a Paid Service was not delivered as described in your written agreement, contact us within fourteen (14) days of the issue. We will review the matter in good faith and may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund, a credit toward future services, or a redelivery.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to hello@townvibe360.com with:

• Your name and the name of the person or business that purchased the service
• The date and details of the purchase
• The reason for the refund request
• Any supporting documentation

We will respond within five (5) business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us first if you have an issue with a payment. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may result in suspension of your account and refusal to provide future services.

Disputes

For any disputes related to refunds, the dispute resolution provisions of our Terms and Conditions apply.
